We recommend consuming your chocolate bonbons within 5-7 days upon receiving if they are left at room temperature. However, you can seal the entire box in an airtight plastic bag and refrigerate them for up to 3 weeks, or freeze them for up to 1 month. Bring them to room temperature before opening box to prevent condensation. Do not leave them in the sunlight or near a warm source, or else they will melt.
If you are local to the Denver-Metro or Aurora area in Colorado, you can find us doing markets & pop-ups at various locations around the city. We do ship (between Fall-Early Spring, NOT during the late Spring-Summer), and allow for porch pick-up and local delivery. Please place orders online (you can select pick-up/delivery options at Checkout).
Yes, we do ship via FedEx on Mondays (or Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday) between Fall – Early Spring when the weather is lower than 65F. We do our best to package our chocolates so that they don’t melt during transit, but we can not be held responsible for delays, product melting during transit, damages from shipping, animals after delivery, or any other damages after it leaves our hands. We recommend keeping a close check on your tracking number to make sure your chocolates aren’t left in the sun.
No, we do not offer refunds, all sales are final. We are a small business and do our best to get our products to you in perfect condition. However, if your products are damaged or melted during transit or after delivery, we can not be held responsible. Please keep track of your tracking number. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, mechanical errors, delays, etc.
Yes, we do deliver to certain Denver & Aurora addresses. If the option for delivery does not show up for your address, please email us at email@example.com to see if we can deliver to your location. Delivery fee will be based on distance and may vary.
Yes, if it is before 24 hours of the Ship, Delivery, or Pick-Up date & time.
