Shipping, PICK-UP, & PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Shipping happens on Mondays (excluding holidays – will be shipped on Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) via FedEx 2-Day, Express, or Overnight and may take anywhere between 1-7+ days. At this time FedEx does not guarantee 2-day or overnight shipping, so unfortunately we cannot be responsible if you choose either of these methods and there is a delay.
Orders must be in before 12pm on shipping day: Monday (or Tuesday) to be shipped same-day, else it will be shipped the following week.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION:
Out-of-state Shipping is now available. If you live in a state where the weather is warmer than 60F, overnight shipping is recommended. We will pack your order to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee or be responsible if your order melts in transit or upon delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking number. We do not offer refunds on shipping or for melted, partially melted, destroyed products. However, we can help you file a claim with FedEx.
If you want to place an order & ship to multiple addresses, our system does not support that at this time. Please place one order per address for the correct shipping boxes & cost.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY:
Green Valley Ranch, CO scheduled pick-up occurs Sunday – Saturdays (except on pop-up days & holidays or when we are Closed). If you are traveling through or visiting, use a Colorado ‘shipping’ address for the Porch Pick-Up option to show. You can put the time & date of pick-up in the Notes during checkout. For SAME DAY pick up, please allow for at least 2 hours between ordering & pick-up time. Please know that an email will be sent if it can not be fulfilled at requested time/date.
Local Denver/Aurora, CO Deliveries occur on Mondays (unless it is a holiday, then deliveries will occur on the following Tuesday).
Please select a Monday date for deliveries & shipping orders.
Each order is carefully hand-packed with ice in an insulated mailer (if weather is warmer than 60F), and we do our best to package your chocolates so that they arrive safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any melting, damages, or delays to your chocolates/treats that may occur during or after shipping/delivery.
Please track your packages using your emailed tracking number to ensure the integrity of your chocolates. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email us at email@example.com with your invoice # and we will resend your tracking information.
